Dining
Niagara Falls is famous for waterfalls but what about grabbing dinner with a view!! Dining in the Falls is changing as the global table of international cuisine pops up all over! Below are some of our must-trys while you are in this great Canadian city.
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means “More, please!” and red means “I’ve had enough, for now.” Eat as much as you want at your own pace.
Since opening in the summer of 2009, Brasa has received countless accolades; this authentic, all-you-can-eat, Brazilian dining experience should not be missed.
